I would recommend reading a bit of the textbook each day so that you aren't cramming it in, and planning it so that you have plenty of extra time before the exam to read through the Smokin' Notes packet and do the practice exams.

To succeed in Business Law it is important to READ the LSB and Barron's Business Law books. Smokin' Notes does a great job summarizing the reading and highlighting important cases mentioned in the LSB. Also do the practice questions and term paper!

GET SMOKIN NOTES, read and study them weeks before the actual exam so you have time (because its a lot of info). And DO AS MANY PRACTICE PROBLEMS AS YOU CAN!!!

Read and keep up with the Smokin' Notes as they're posted, do all of the Smokin' Notes practice exams, do most of the professor's practice exam, and ABSOLUTELY do the term paper.
