Troubleshooting Smokin'Notes Interactive: Windows Vista
Some versions of Windows Vista do not correctly run Version 2.7 of Smokin'Notes Interactive. Users who have the incompatible version of Windows Vista will see the following prompt when they insert the CD into their computer:
Taking the following steps should fix this problem and allow you to run Smokin'Notes Interactive within Windows Vista:
- Open Windows Explorer so you are looking at the files on the CD.
- Right-click the SNProgram.exe application and click on Properties.
- Click on the Compatibility tab.
- Check "Run this program in compatability mode for:"
- Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2).
- Under "Privilege Level," check "Run this program as an administrator."
- Double-click SNProgram.exe.
After performing these steps, you should be able to use Smokin'Notes Interactive.
